The Party Recipe brand has been in use by us for over a decade. First registered in the UK as a partnership in 2006 and then moved to Goa in 2010. The brand idea has been created by Ashwin Alvares who has always been driving the company behind the scenes. Currently Party Recipe is registered under MSME in Goa with Akbar Rajwani as the sole propreitor. Our office is located at Nuvem in South Goa.

We're on a mission to change the way the housing market works. Rather than offering one service or another, we want to combine as many and make our clients' lives easy and carefree. Our goal is to match our clients with the perfect properties that fit their tastes, needs, and budgets.

Our vision

We want to live in a world where people can buy homes that match their needs rather than having to find a compromise and settle on the second-best option. That's why we take a lot of time and care in getting to know our clients from the moment they reach out to us and ask for our help.

We are a small and effective team and we have mutual respect for dozens of event and wedding planners in Goa and across India and a host of clients we have served in over 20 years in the business.
